Introducing the Eureka Element Commercial Cold Plunge
Cold-water immersion has become an important part of the experience offered by gyms, spas, wellness centres, rehabilitation clinics and athletic facilities. But as interest has grown, so has the need for equipment designed specifically for commercial use.
A residential cold plunge may perform well in a private home, but a public-facing facility has very different requirements. Commercial operators need reliable circulation, effective filtration, clear water-quality monitoring, accessible components and construction that can withstand frequent daily use.
That need inspired us to create the Eureka Element.
Designed with commercial operators
The Element was developed in collaboration with experienced facility operators who understand the realities of running a busy recovery space.
Their feedback helped us focus on the details that matter behind the scenes: water management, daily inspections, straightforward maintenance, equipment access and long-term durability.
The result is a complete, self-contained commercial cold plunge designed to make ownership and operation as clear and manageable as possible.
Engineering that supports commercial requirements
Public and commercial cold plunges may be subject to local health and safety requirements similar to those applied to public pools. These requirements can vary by jurisdiction, making thoughtful system design especially important.
The Element includes a design package reviewed and stamped by a Professional Engineer. Its water circulation and safety systems were developed with Canadian public pool guidelines in mind.
An integrated FloVis mechanical flow meter provides immediate visual confirmation of the system’s flow rate, helping staff complete routine inspections and daily operating logs.
The Element also uses NSF-rated suction fittings and dual water intakes to support safe commercial operation.
Facility owners should always consult their local health authority to confirm the specific installation, testing and operating requirements that apply in their region.
Integrated water-quality management
Maintaining water quality is one of the most important responsibilities associated with operating a commercial cold plunge.
The Element is equipped with a Hanna digital chemical controller and dosing system. The system monitors water conditions and supports automated management of sanitizer and pH levels.
A high-flow commercial cartridge filter provides 50 square feet of filtration area, while the circulation pump is designed for continuous operation. Together, these systems help keep the water moving, filtered and ready for frequent use.
Operators must still perform the manual testing and recordkeeping required by their local health authority, but the Element’s integrated controls provide valuable information at a glance.
Built for demanding environments
The Element is built around a fully welded chassis made from 2-inch by 2-inch marine-grade aluminum tubing.
Its powder-coated exterior is constructed from 3/16-inch marine-grade aluminum sheet, creating a strong and corrosion-resistant enclosure for the mechanical systems inside. This commercial-grade construction helps the Element withstand the demands of gyms, spas, wellness studios and other high-use environments.
The 82-gallon high-gloss acrylic basin offers a smooth, comfortable interior with a clean and contemporary appearance. Bright blue LED lighting illuminates the water and creates an inviting focal point within a recovery space.
It is commercial equipment designed to work hard without looking industrial.
Cold, consistent performance
The Element’s 0.5-horsepower chiller can cool the water to temperatures as low as 2.8°C or 37°F.
Its 40-gallon-per-minute circulation pump is designed for continuous operation, helping maintain steady water movement throughout the system. Once the desired temperature is selected, the chiller cycles as needed to keep the water close to its set point.
The chiller, pump, filter, flow meter, electrical controls and chemical-management equipment are all incorporated into the unit. This self-contained design reduces the need for separate mechanical equipment or complicated retrofitting.
Designed to be maintained
Commercial equipment needs to be serviceable.
The Element’s removable access panels allow facility staff and service technicians to reach the filtration, circulation, cooling, electrical and chemical-management systems.
The mechanical flow meter is positioned so operators can read it during routine checks. A master isolation switch provides a clear way to shut down the system when required, and heavy-duty locking casters make it easier to position the unit on a smooth, level surface.
These may not be the first details a guest notices, but they can make a meaningful difference to the people responsible for operating the facility.
Built in Canada
Like every Eureka cold plunge, the Element was conceived and built in Canada.
We created it for operators who want dependable commercial functionality without compromising the experience or appearance of their space. It brings together thoughtful engineering, durable materials and Eureka’s commitment to creating powerful, beautiful cold-water immersion tubs.
Whether you are opening a new recovery facility, expanding your wellness services or replacing equipment that was not designed for commercial use, the Element offers a complete cold-water immersion system built for the job.
Have your moment. Built for everyone who comes next.
